Gestingral Portal, Invoices Portal and Payroll Portal
The Gestingral Portal is the usual communication portal with our customers. In it, by accessing with a username and password, you can find, among others:
- The scanned ID cards themselves
- The company’s deeds scanned
- Own and company digital certificates
- All settlements submitted to the Treasury
- Payrolls and Cost Summaries of Workers
In this way, you can access your information on any day and at any time, without having to ask for it or have to wait, and you can download this information from anywhere in the world.
The Invoices Portal allows our customers to make budgets, issue invoices, save all invoices received and track with graphs the performance obtained:
- Preparation of budgets
- Issuance of invoices (also periodic)
- Document manager for invoices received (they are automatically sorted by supplier, by date, etc.)
- It allows you to have your own template for budgets and invoices
- Graphs of returns obtained
In this way, you can have a program to issue invoicing and budgeting, in addition to having the invoices received sorted, completely integrated with Gestingral.
The Payroll Portal is a portal designed so that our clients’ employees, accessing with their own username and password for each worker (and therefore complying with the data protection law), can find:
- Their own payrolls
- Form 145
- Employment contracts
- Allows the signing of contracts
- Other documents and/or communications
In this way, the employer or the HR department can send their employees their monthly payrolls automatically, outsourcing this management for free and reducing the time spent on this management by resorting to and automating the entire process.
