Documentation to be brought for the Income Tax Return:
- ID of the HOLDER and the SPOUSE
- 2023 INCOME TAX (unless we had prepared it from Gestingral)
- Tax certificates from BANKS of the interest charged
- Certificates of contributions to UNIONS, COL· PROFESSIONAL ASSOCIATIONS or POLITICAL PARTIES
- LARGE FAMILY Card
- DISABILITY certificates (of holders, spouses and children)
- CERTIFICATES of donations to foundations and associations
- IF YOU ARE A LANDLORD AND YOU COLLECT RENT: Rental contract (and annexes or renegotiations made), community fees, repairs, insurance, mortgages, property managers, etc. The deed of acquisition of the property (inheritance or purchase) is also required.
- RENTS PAID for the main residence (only deductible in contracts prior to 2015 and/or meeting certain conditions)
- IF THE MORTGAGE IS DEDUCTED IN THE MAIN RESIDENCE: Mortgage-linked insurance bills
- 2024 REAL ESTATE ACQUISITION DEEDS and ASSOCIATED EXPENSES (whether purchase or inheritance: notary, taxes, agency, registry, etc.)
- PURCHASE AND SALE OF SHARES: Purchase amounts and dates
- BUYING AND SELLING CRYPTOCURRENCIES: Files obtained from the platforms
- IF YOU RECEIVED AN INHERITANCE: The deed of acceptance of the inheritance.
- IN THE EVENT OF THE SALE OF A HOME OR PROPERTY:
- Deed of purchase of the old home that has been sold
- Receipts of ALL the expenses of the purchase of the old home (notary, taxes, agency, registry, etc.)
- Cancellation of the mortgage on the old home (bank receipt)
- Deed of sale (simple copy) of the old home and sales expenses (real estate commissions, municipal capital gains, etc.)
- If you have reinvested the amount of the sale of the same: Deed of purchase of the new home and ALL the purchase expenses (notary, taxes, agency, registry, etc.)
- Income tax returns from the year the old home was purchased (if you did not file them at our office)
- BANK RECEIPTS OF AID RECEIVED:
- Emancipation income, purchase of housing, etc.
- Grants and subsidies received
- Youth cultural voucher
